Job Marketing Terms & Conditions

• Fee- The fee for the marketing package, including upgrade options if selected, MUST be paid in full and received by Premier Medical Professionals in order for your job to be posted. The fee for one (1) marketing package will provide you with one (1) job posting for one (1) position. Premier Medical Professionals may provide discounted rates for multiple job postings and will be decided on an individual basis and based on our discretion. When payment is received for a job marketing package, Premier Medical Professionals will contact you within 24 hours in order to confirm the details of the job you wish to have marketed.
• Refunds- Once your job has been posted no refunds will be given. If your position is filled prior to the expiration date of your job posting, a refund will not be given. A full refund will be given only if it is requested prior to posting your job.
• Job Posting- By purchasing a marketing package you allow Premier Medical Professionals to post your contact information, as related to the job you are advertising, on our website and subsequently on the job search engines which monitor our website. Your job will be posted for the time specified in the package you purchased. While we will use various methods of marketing your job, we cannot guarantee that your job will generate responses from job seekers. Premier Medical Professionals reserves the right to reject any job posting if it is deemed to be offensive or inappropriate, this is based on our discretion.
• Removing a Job Post- You may request to have your job posting removed at any time for any reason. Reposting a job that has been removed is NOT guaranteed but will be considered on an individual basis and based on our discretion. Premier Medical Professionals reserves the right to remove any job post at any time without notice, if it is deemed to be offensive, inappropriate or harmful to the image or credibility of Premier Medical Professionals, this is based on our discretion.
• Disclaimer- Premier Medical Professionals does not endorse any advertisements on our website or any websites that index us. By purchasing a marketing package, you agree to indemnify, defend, and hold Premier Medical Professionals harmless from and against any and all legal claims, demands, and liabilities of any kind or nature that are related to or arise from your employment or use of services of any candidate/job seeker referred or encountered by or through Premier Medical Professionals. You accept the responsibility for independently verifying candidate/job seeker information and must rely on your own referencing and background checks when making final candidate selection.

Recruiting Services Terms & Conditions:

• Deposit- A non-refundable deposit of $400.00 for non-physician recruiting packages and non-refundable $800.00 deposit for physician recruiting packages is required at the time you select a recruitment package. Recruiting services will begin once deposit is received. The non-refundable deposit will be applied to the total cost of the recruitment package.
• Fee- If you hire a candidate presented to you by Premier Medical Professionals, you agree to pay the remaining balance of the recruitment fee, $4,100.00 for a non-physician recruitment package and $7,200.00 for a physician recruitment package. Additional details are provided in the recruitment agreement. Refunds will not be given under any circumstances.
• Canceling Recruiting Services- If you decide to discontinue the recruiting service package you selected (ex. position eliminated, position filled by other means, etc...) your deposit can be used as a credit towards a “Premier Job Marketing PLUS Resumes” package or “Premier Physician Job Marketing PLUS Resumes” package depending on the recruitment package you originally placed a deposit on.
• Recruiting Services- Premier Medical Professionals will provide a telephone consultation to discuss the position available at your healthcare facility and the qualifications/skills you are looking for in a candidate. All contact information for your job will directed to Premier Medical Professionals.  Your job will be posted on our Jobs page until the position is filled, and will be visible to job seekers nationwide. Your job will appear in employment search engines. Your job will be email blasted twice weekly to the thousands of medical professionals in our database. When at networking events, conferences, job fairs, etc... our marketing team will specifically mention your job and refer job seekers to our Jobs page. Your job emailed to educational programs relevant to the position you wish to have filled (Not applicable to physician positions/physician recruiting packages). We will also and follow-up the email with a faxed one page flyer advertising your position to educational programs relevant to the position you wish to have filled (Not applicable to physician positions/physician recruiting packages). We will search our database for medical professionals meeting your criteria and when a candidate is located possessing the skills and experience you are looking for, we will: Contact candidates directly, pre-screen the candidate(s), interview the candidate in person or, when distance does not permit, via telephone, verify references, only present candidates to you that meet your criteria, schedule interviews with the candidate, assist in contract negotiations if requested. Background checks may be performed for an additional fee.
• Guarantee- If Candidate terminates employment with Client within 90 (ninety) days of the first day of employment or does not fulfill his/her obligation by not relocating/starting, Premier Medical Professionals will provide ONE search credit, that is, Premier Medical Professionals will, exercise its best efforts to replace the candidate at no additional charge to Client. Please note that the guarantee is not available to the Client if candidate’s start date or employment is terminated through no fault of the candidate (i.e. reduction in staff, Client dissolved/purchased, parameters of position/opportunity changed from the time of contract execution, etc.)
